This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and repair services on Chiller Plant Systems and Cooling Towers for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility (RJD), located at 480 Alta Road, San Diego, CA 92179.

The District is seeking to demolish the existing kitchen and replace it with a new Student Nutrition Kitchen at Escondido High School.

The project includes Corona del Mar Controlled Access Modifications.

The project includes Lincoln and Adams Elementary Schools Concrete Pad Installation

South Orange County Community College District (“District”) invites all licensed contractors to submit the name of their firm to the District for inclusion on the District’s 2023 Calendar Year list of qualified bidders for the District’s informally bid projects (“Qualified Bidders List”) under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (“CUPCCAA”). Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works project that is estimated to be below $200,000 is subject to the Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission. Contractors that are interested in being on the Informal Bidding Contractors list are required to have a current license and are subject to verification through the Contractors State License Board.

The Huntington Beach City School District (“District”) has elected to become subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (“CUPCCAA”) and procedures. In accordance with California Public Contract Code 22034, the District is inviting all licensed contractors to submit information for inclusion on the District’s list of qualified bidders for the 2023 calendar year, Resolution No. 15-22/23 adopted on January 17, 2023

Provide labor and materials to prepare and repaint cogeneration plant piping per permitted plans and specifications. Work to include surface preparation, protection of adjacent equipment, painting, and any scaffolding required to perform the Work. Work to be performed during work hours and after hours as approved by University Representative. The facility is an active cogeneration plant. The contractor is responsible to schedule required inspections and testing from the agency procured by University.
