Environmental Construction, Inc. (“ECI”) seeks MBE/SDB/DBE/SBE/VOSBE/SDVOSBC/HUB/WBE/ WOSB subcontractors and suppliers for the City of Rialto Baseline Road Median Project. This is a federal prevailing wage project in the City of Rialto with an engineer’s estimate of $1,700,000.00. The project involves the following scopes of work: • Fencing • Signing • Striping • AC Paving • Hardscape • ADA Improvement • Water Pollution / Erosion Control • Irrigation • Electrical ECI seeks proposals for any and all items of work.
