HKA is currently seeking DBE firms who can provide the following services: Research existing Records; Write Survey Request; Field Surveys, Record of Surveys, Right of Way Appraisal Maps, Boundary Maps; Legal Descriptions; Right of Way Mapping; Right of Way Flagging; Create Base Map/Land Net Maps; Construction staking of roads, utilities, and ancillary facilities for freeways and rail projects; Documents to convey property rights and other related Right of Way Engineering products. Submit (1) Resumes of key personnel that demonstrates their ability to perform listed services, (2) Example projects which best illustrate your firm’s qualifications to perform listed services, and (3) Current certifications of DBE, DVBE or SB status.
