Scope of Services The City of Madera (City) intends to select a qualified firm to perform the required design and engineering services for the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Improvements. Selection will be based upon firm’s qualified expertise and project understanding in accordance with the requirements set forth within this Request for Proposal (RFP). The services will include the work described hereafter and detailed in Section III: Scope of Work. Design and engineering services are being requested for the following: 1.
