SCOPE OF WORK Proposals shall include all labor, supervision, appropriate equipment, necessary materials, and all other equipment/materials/supplies not specifically provided by the City in accordance with the schedule outlined in this RFP.

Scope of Services It is the City’s intent to solicit Contractor services to renovate an existing restroom at Lions Town & Country Park, located at 2300 Howard Road, Madera, Ca, including:  Install acrylic panels on interior walls without tile, and install partitions at each restroom  Removal and replacement of flooring  Removal and replacement of existing toilets and related fixtures  Replace toilets and fixtures in compliance with ADA requirements  Painting of restroom interiors and building exterior  Removal and replacement of exterior and interior light fixtures  Installation two-exterior drinking fountains, and  Installation of new plumbing as required for each installation

Scope of Services The City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced consulting firm to update the City’s Pavement Management System (PMS). The consultant shall furnish all services as required to develop, update, and implement a fully functional computerized PMS.

Scope of Services The City of Madera (City) intends to select a qualified firm to perform the required design and engineering services for the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Improvements. Selection will be based upon firm’s qualified expertise and project understanding in accordance with the requirements set forth within this Request for Proposal (RFP). The services will include the work described hereafter and detailed in Section III: Scope of Work. Design and engineering services are being requested for the following: 1. Addition of a New Mechanical Bar Screen Facility 2. Addition of a Waste Activate Sludge (WAS) Thickener 3. Wet Well Improvements 4. Restoration of Primary Clarifier Influent Channel Aeration 5. New Secondary Clarifier Scum Pumps 6. Replacement of the Septage Receiving Station
