The City currently has a spray pool that needs to be converted into a splash pad. A contractor is needed to perform the following tasks Remove existing concrete and Raise the existing drain and supply line. Add aggregate base. Add new concrete that tapers to the new drain, with a slight slope. Pricing should include all materials, labor, and equipment.

Clean 700’ of existing storm drain, culvert and catch basin. Cleaning consists of removal of sand, silt, and all debris in the existing culverts, catch basins and storm drains.

Bid Scope: Asphalt, striping, ADA work, and new fire hydrant procurement and installation.

The County of Kern Department of Airports hereafter referred to as “Airport”, is requesting interested firms to submit their qualifications for airport civil engineering services including pre-engineering, environmental services, civil design, construction safety and phasing, bidding support, project management, construction administration, inspection, and construction engineering of airport projects for the County over a four (4) year consulting selection process.

The County wishes to secure pricing for pick up and disposal of Waste oil, used oil/fuel filters and used antifreeze. The services will be on an “as required” basis for County departments such as: Public Works – Waste Management Department; Public Works – Roads Department; Fire Department; Sheriff’s Dept, General Services Department and other interested County departments.

The Work to be constructed under the Contract is located in the City of Mission Viejo. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated Contract. The general items of Work to be done hereunder consist of the Removal and replacement of asphalt concrete. Cold planing, placement of pavement fabric, and AC overlay. Adjustment of manhole, valve, and monument covers to grade. Resetting visible survey monuments.

General work description: Work will primarily include installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, bike lanes, striping, and traffic control devices in the community of West Linda, California, encompassing the grid of streets comprised of Arboga Road, Alicia Avenue, Cottonwood Ave, Feather River Boulevard, Grand Avenue, Jay Avenue, and Vine Avenue. The project will extend no further than Feather River Boulevard to the West, Highway 70 to the Northeast, Island Avenue to the South, and Pasado Road to the Southeast. Associated road rehabilitation, including grading for drainage, improvements associated with drainage, storm drain, as well as new striping, will also be accounted for in the proposal.

The project involves the installation of ADA-compliant pedestrian access ramps, driveways, sidewalk, and miscellaneous striping at various locations throughout Yuba City.
