Construction of a concrete block pump house including site work, foundations, plumbing, electrical, well equipping, a standby generator with auto‐transfer switch, fencing and approximately 314 feet of water main. Also to include well pump control systems with sounding tubes and pressure transducers for two pump houses (existing and new). Propane tank and plumbing to be provided by others, but contractor shall coordinate, trench, and backfill.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans and Specifications. The general items of work include complete removal of existing (approximately 23,350 square feet) foam roofing system and furnishing/installing of TREMCO (or approved equal) roofing system with appurtenances for the buildings at the City Hall located at 11710 Telegraph Road.

This project includes EDISON HIGH SCHOOL EXTERIOR PAINTING.

Services include generating conceptual and final plan drawings and construction documents for a new gymnasium and parking lot. Project objectives include, but are not limited to, the following Development of a gymnasium that meets LEED certification requirements and includes, at a minimum Court space that responds to demands for indoor basketball (3-4 courts), volleyball, badminton, and pickleball use Spectator seating (e.g., bleachers), Fitness/Community rooms, Locker rooms, Restroom, Offices, A lobby area, Ancillary space for storage, mechanical/electrical, etc.

Work includes replacement of an existing integral rain roof gutter located at San Luis Transit Center at the Ticket Office building to include installation of new pre-finished gutter, roof drains and drip edge. Refer to Attachment 1 – Roof Plan and details.

The Cesar Chavez Park site is approximately 29 acres in land, located at 250 N. Madeira and Circle Drive in the City of Salinas. The project lies within the Special Flood Hazard Zone (Zone AE, BFE 47 feet, NAVD 1988) as noted on the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM 06053C0217G). There are four dry basins which treat approximately 850 acres of surface runoff drainage ( CCPark_AreasTreated.PNG). The runoff flows into the reclamation ditch toward Carr Lake from the northwest end of the park, off of North Madeira Ave.

The City of Vista (City) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposals from qualified professional contractors to provide as-needed storm drain cleaning and closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection services for various capital improvement projects. All proposals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code and the City will select two firms according to the evaluation criteria described in this RFP and any subsequent negotiations.

The City of Clearlake (“City”) is requesting bids for City Hall Administrative Offices Remodel at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake CA. Interested proposers may “Follow” the RFP to view and/or download the RFP details, receive addenda alerts and notices, and draft and submit a response, no later than June 20, 2023 @ 3:00 pm, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in the chambers of the City Council of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.

The project generally consists of replacing existing guardrail, barricadesand appurtenances with new materials and products which will meet new safety standards,shoulder rehabilitation, minor concrete, and striping and pavement markings. The project will begoverned by the Contract Documents included herewith, including the Caltrans State StandardSpecifications, 2018 edition, in the order of precedence as set forth herein.
