PROJECT DESCRIPTION The scope of work for the Corning Library Remodel Project consists of the removal of existing flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting, and other finishes as called out in the project documents; installation of new carpet tiles, lighting fixtures, casework, and other finishes throughout the building; along with the removal and installation of new restroom fixtures including ADA improvements. Please include the storefront-type Tutor Room as a Bid Alternate.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION ALMOND AND FIG STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT The scope of work for Almond and Fig Street Rehabilitation Project consists of pavement maintenance, pavement rehabilitation, rolled curb and gutter repair, removal and replacement of valley gutters, and striping for the stretch of Almond Street from 2nd Street to Marguerite Avenue, Fig Street from Fig Lane to Almond Street, and Hickory Street from Fig Street to Marguerite Avenue. Scope of Work Under this contract, the selected consultant will prepare an update of the City’s 2019-2023 (6th Cycle) Housing Element for the planning period starting on June 30, 2024 and extending until June 30, 2029. This period will cover the term of compliance for the State-mandated 7th Cycle Housing Element period. At a minimum, the consultant is expected to complete the following tasks: 1. Prepare the Housing Element update in compliance with State Government Code Sections 65583 et seq and all other applicable Code Sections. 2. Develop a project timeline leading to HCD certification of the Housing Element by June 30, 2024.
