Mobilization, De-mobilization, Permits, Bonds and Insurance, AC Pavement Removal and Reconstruction, Remove and Reconstruct Curb and Gutter, Remove and Reconstruct ADA Curb Ramp (Case B), Remove and Reconstruct ADA Curb Ramp (Case C), Remove and Reconstruct ADA Curb Ramp (Case CM), Remove and Reconstruct PCC Sidewalk, Cold Milling, Crack Seal, Crack Fill, Rubber Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Overlay, Coordinate with City Surveyor for Installation of Monument. Contractor Shall be Responsible for all work associated with City of Ridgecrest STD Plan ST-14, other than placing Monument, Double Adjust Sewer Manhole Frame and Cover to Finished Grade, Double Adjust Pull Box to Finished Grade, Install 18" Perforated HDPE Pipe, Install 24" HDPE Pipe, Construct Modified Type OS Catch Basin, Construct Catch Basin per SPPWC, Install Signing and Striping, Traffic Control Plan/ Traffic Control/ Construction Area Signs, High Tensile Fiber (HTF), All Trucking and Materials.
