Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. is requesting quotes from DBE firms, certified and qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work, including but not limited to SWPP Plan, Environmental Compliance, CIDH Piles, Soldier Piles, Tie Back Anchors & Soil Nails, Wall Lagging, Sawcutting, Landscape & Irrigation, Shotcrete, Guardrail, Underground Utilities, Precast (Furnish & Install), Minor Concrete (Ditch), Reinforcing Steel, Erosion Control, Potholing, Signage (Furnish & Install), Temporary Fence, Aggregate Crushed Base (Furnish & Install), Pipe Lining, Pedestrian Protective Railing (Cable Railing), QA/QC, Survey, Trucking, Dump Fees, Concrete Pumps, Street Sweeping, Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregates, Pipe (PVC, RCP, HDPE), Miscellaneous Metal, Precast Drainage (Furnish), Precast Lagging (Furnish), Signs (Furnish), H-Piles (Furnish), Aggregate Crushed Base (Furnish), Environmental Compliance Officer and Jobs Coordinator. Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. The project includes a 17.16% DBE Goal. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the estimator. In addition, subcontractors are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), as required by Public Contract Code Section 1725.5, please furnish the DIR number with your quote submittal. Include applicable DBE certifications issued and validated by pertinent agencies. Subcontractors will be required to provide a 100% performance and 100% payment bond for the full amount of the subcontract price.
