Scope of Services The scope of the project is to improve the non-motorized transportation network by constructing regional bikeways and walkways. Bicycle and pedestrian improvements will be constructed along streets and easements from Texas Street at Citrus Valley High School to Orange Street and Pioneer Avenue. Work will include asphalt concrete trails, curb ramps, sidewalks, pavement repairs, Class I, II, and III bikeway/pedestrian paths, bollards, sharrows (shared lane markings), roadway and bikeway signage, and lighting.

Scope of Services The selected firm will provide adjunct staff support to ensure that the sand and gravel operations are conducted in compliance with the State Surface Mining and Reclamation Act including conducting annual site audits, reviewing financial assurances, determining whether the operations are conducted in compliance with the various land use entitlements, performing mitigation monitoring as appropriate and associated Reclamation Plans, etc. Fees for the various tasks will be on a time and materials basis and will be paid for by deposits from the sand and gravel operators. In addition, other work as requested by the City may also be conducted relating to activities in the Wash area. The contract shall initially be for a term of three (3) years subject to annual renewal upon satisfactorily completing the previous year’s scope of work and the contract will have the option to extend the term for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total of five (5) years (refer to Section AA. Agreement Term: Service Period).

Scope of Services The Facilities and Community Services Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all City streets, sidewalks and drainage systems. The City is soliciting proposals from a qualified firm to prepare recommendations, costs, and a draft scope of work for annexed property through Live Oak Canyon Road, San Timoteo Canyon, and Allesandro Road, between Sunset Drive and San Timoteo Rd. The road through this area has not undergone a proper drainage study and has routinely experienced issues with sediment buildup during and after heavy rains, with increasing severity as the area becomes more developed. The City is seeking a drainage study to determine the most effective long-term design solutions for new drainage infrastructure that minimizes maintenance requirements, including eliminating sedimentation and sheet flow over the road surface during common storm events which result in road closures and public safety concerns. Failing pipes, culverts, drainage structures, and degrading road edges should be included in the assessment.

Scope of Services The Work shall consist of furnishing and installing all designated sludge collection, skimming mechanisms, and revolving skimmer pipes with manual operating lever for the rectangular primary clarifiers located at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Facility (1950 Nevada St., Redlands, CA 92374). This includes all necessary accessories to ensure a fully functional primary clarifier system at the City of Redlands Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). Sludge collection, skimming mechanism, and skimming pipes with manual lever shall fit existing rectangular clarifiers. The WWTF currently has four rectangular primary clarifiers (PC). Acceptable manufacturers, or equivalents, include Evoqua, Envirex, Viking Chain Enviro Division (a division of Connexus Industries Inc.), Brentwood Polychem Solutions, and Fairfield Service Company. The contractor will need to provide the name and details of the manufacturer.

Scope of Services The City of Redlands Facilities and Community Services Department is seeking bids for Wood Mulch Application Community Facilities District (CFD) 12B. All Bidders must conform to these specifications and the products they furnish shall be of the first-class quality and said product shall be the best obtainable in the various trades. The following criteria will also need to be adhered to: All trees within mulch placement area must have the trunk flare/base cleared of stacked/piled mulch prior to completion of work. Mulch against a tree’s trunk will rot the cambium and potentially kill said tree. The awarded contractor will be responsible for any tree within the mulched area that declines as a result of unclear mulch around the trunk flare. Prior notice shall be posted by the awarded contractor along streets within the mulch placement area. This notice shall include temporary “no parking” signs posted a minimum of 48 hours prior to work commencing.

The City of Redlands is accepting bids for the three fields located closer to E. Pennsylvania Avenue (Fields 5,6,7). The City of Redlands will supply the new Power Pedestal and the contractor will install. All measurements must be field measured by the contractor. See plans for a full description of the work. Installation of light fixtures will consist of trenching for conduit and pull boxes, setting concrete footings for poles, installing conduit, pulling wire to lights, connecting light controls, start up and adjustment of lights. The limits of work are on I-10 PM 29.2 to 29.4 and Alabama Street from Orange Tree Lane to Industrial Park Avenue, including the interchange ramp areas. The work shall consist of furnishing and installing CIPP, removing and replacing existing pipe, spot repair, manhole replacement, and appurtenances; testing all pipelines; all traffic control; protecting in place or removing and replacing all existing utilities, manholes, trees, and public and private improvements; replacing destroyed survey monuments; disposing of excess material and restoring all areas and improvements to pre-construction conditions.
