SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, appliances, and equipment for and do the work for the Project (collectively, the “Work”). Said Work shall be performed in accordance with (i) all of the Contract Documents incorporated herein, (ii) the bid prices contained in the Contractor’s Bid, and (iii) the instructions of the City Manager or his/her designee (the “Project Manager”). By executing this Contract, Contractor warrants that Contractor (i) has thoroughly investigated and considered the scope of Work to be performed, (ii) has carefully considered how the Work should be performed, and (iii) fully understands the facilities, difficulties and restrictions attending performance of the Work under this Contract. If the Work involve work upon any site, Contractor warrants that Contractor has or will investigate the site and is or will be fully acquainted with the conditions there existing, prior to commencement of the Work hereunder.

Scope of Services: Park expansion and renovation, including new features such as multi‐use sports field, fitness court, new recreational center, restroom building renovations, picnic structure renovations, playground equipment, exercise equipment, park site furnishings, signage, fenced recreation center patio, mult‐use field fencing, irrigation system, planng, and parking lot improvements.

The Morgan Park 2.1 Improvements include site demolion, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, site drainage, extending an exisng 26′ wide park access road, with a round‐a‐bout, solar access road lights and a pedestrian crosswalk with crosswalk warning lights. Installaon of electrical vehicle charging staon unit. Asphalt and concrete paving, concrete form work, concrete reinforcement, cast‐inplace concrete, caulking and moisture protecon. Expanding an exisng parking lot with solar lights at the exisng Morgan Park Soccer Field located to the south of Morgan Street. Adding a Modular office building with ulies for City Park Staff, adding a new metal storage building with ulies, Modular building and Metal storage building will be provided by the city, contractor to install site electrical, water and sewer connecons to buildings.

Scope of Work The City of Perris is seeking proposals from qualified consultant teams or multidisciplinary firms that should possess, but not limited to, experience and proficiency in Programming and Planning,Structural Architecture, Landscape, Civil Engineering Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Processing (Plan Check), Bidding Assistance, Construction Administration/Services, Consultant Coordination, and Agency Coordination. The selected firm(s) will work under the direction of the Public Services Director or designee. Consultant selection will be at sole discretion of the City.

Project Description: The project in general is a complete “lift and lay” re-roof. The contractor is to remove “S” tile from the roof and store while completing the installation of commercial grade underlayment of equal or better-quality level as Carlisle WIP300HT self-adhered underlayment at entire roof area, reinstall roof tiles, and replacing broken ones. The replacement of damaged plywood, metal flashings, new mortar at all joints, seal all metal flashings and pipes on roof, clean up and haul away debris is to be included.

Scope of Services. In compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide those services specified in the “Scope of Services” attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, which may be referred to herein as the “services” or “work” hereunder. As a material inducement to CITY entering into this Agreement, Consultant represents and warrants: a) all services set forth in the Scope of Services will be performed in a competent and satisfactory manner; b) all materials used for services will be both of good quality as well as fit for the purpose intended; and, c) Consultant shall follow the highest professional standards and practices in performing the services required hereunder.

As part of the Work, the Contractor shall furnish and assume full responsibility for everything required for the orderly progress and proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated into the Work including, but not limited to, drawings, materials, equipment, labor including subcontractor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, and other facilities, incidentals, and performing all operation necessary and required in conformity with the requirements in the specifications and plans. The Contractor shall perform and complete assigned work including all demolition, construction services, supervision, administrative services, coordination of all Subcontractors, tests, inspections, and other items that are necessary to and appropriate for the finishing, equipping and functioning of the facilities and structures, together with all additional, collateral and incidental work and services required for the completion of the provision of the Work. The City reserves the right to accept the bids and the alternate bid or reject the bids. The Approved plans and specification will be uploaded to the Active Bidder Site.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Re-use (E) space to create a new Early Childhood Learning Center. This space will include a new open area for Children to learn, play, & Paint. This Renovation will include a new demising wall between (2) spaces, new finishes throughout the T.I. Area, new restrooms, and furniture. New cushion flooring will be provided in the open area, while other flooring will be provided in the other areas. There will be all new finishes including Flooring, Paint, Ceiling tiles. (2) New restrooms will be created: (1) restroom will be a full ADA restroom, (1) restroom will be for Young Children. A new lobby area will be designed for reception with (2) entry points. The existing (2) offices will have new finishes and furniture. New electrical, Mechanical, and plumbing will be included in the scope for this proposed area. New Cabinets & furniture will be supplied throughout the space.
