SCOPE OF SERVICES This scope of service will be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all services necessary to complete the project. Services to be provided include: SCADA – operator interface development and related services; Programming services for specialized programs, improvements; System Inventory: Onsite review and evaluation of the existing control equipment; Document as-built condition of existing control panels; Develop CAD-based drawings for each of the control panels; Identify and document PLC and SCADA I/O for each site; Review and outline the functional requirements for the control and telemetry system for each site; Programing: provide programming and integration services as required to implement a fully functional system. Including PLC, OIT, SCADA and telemetry communications programming; Start up inspection and programming confirmation of new SCADA installations; Trouble shooting services via cell, TEAMS, or on-site as necessary; On-call consultation services, plan checking submittal review, on-site and remote contractor update meetings; Ensure ongoing uniformity and compatibility of software, hardware, design, and materials used in the wastewater system; Offer professional opinions and ideas for solutions. Create detailed parts lists and estimated budgets for such solutions; Short-notice emergency on -site support for SCADA equipment and/or software in-use at the facility; Complete the on-going projects involving the transition to the new system and CLOUD back-up systems; Work directly with the operations and maintenance staff to develop and improve SCADA screen appearance and operational functionality; Share your unique understanding and awareness of newly implemented equipment and software to ensure systems are as modern and up to date as possible; Training for operations and maintenance staff including building and accessing trends, operating equipment, pulling stored data from historian, enabling/disabling and acknowledging alarms, and changing setpoints from all forms of devices that have access to the SCADA system; Update the remote lap top computers with the new software.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Merced Land Application Division currently has in production 759 acres of various crops, such as alfalfa, winter forage, sorghum sudan, and corn silage (hereafter “Crops”). Fields may be taken out of production upon the discretion of City of Merced staff for the incorporation of biosolids, which typically occurs twice a year. The intent of this project is to bring current all speed zone survey segments in Appendix A, and new street segments provided. The City of Merced is currently re-evaluating its format of speed surveys and is in the process of updating its policies and procedures related to streamlining the completion process of its surveys consistent with the industry best practices. The response to this proposal shall include a sample format of similar types of work completed by the consultant for other jurisdictions, or a proposal of the speed survey format proposed to be used for this project. Consultants must respond to this proposal with specific strategies for how they will approach ensuring all renewals will be completed as indicated above and provide a detailed project schedule by phase.

Project Descrip”on and Objec”ves The City of Merced is solicing the design of the newest Community Park, General Vang Pao Park, located on the corner of Cardella Road and Freemark Avenue. The property is cornered by residenal developments to the North and East and bound to the West by a protected waterway, Fahrens Creek. Cardella Road runs along the southern boundary and is planned to provide four lanes of traffic to run East to West across the City. The site consists of approximately 1.05 acres of dedicated playground space (Site A) and 7.86 acres of dedicated park space (Site B). The park space serves the neighborhood as an overflow flood basin (Site B). The City desires to retain a landscape architecture or muldisciplinary design firm with experse in culturally themed community park master planning and all-inclusive playground design to complete a site master plan for General Vang Pao Park and construcon-ready plans for an all-inclusive themed playground. The objecve is to engage with a firm to develop the inial park master plan and phased site development that priorizes the all-inclusive Aletha June Playground construcon in the first phase (Site A) and the rest of the park development through no more than two addional phases. Site planning and playground design should allow the City to move directly from design development into phase one of construcon.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The Scope of Service is to be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all services that may be requested. The City water utility includes twenty-one (21) wells which may occasionally require evaluation and/or repair. This contract is to provide planned and emergency maintenance and repair services for the City of Merced’s wells, pumps, and electric motor assemblies, on an on-call, as–needed basis for a period of three years with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period. Typical services to be provided include: Respond to the City’s Municipal Well needs in a timely manner. Contractor is expected on-site no later than 14 days after the City makes contact. The City’s intent is to enter into an agreement with a single and/or multiple contractor(s) for the provision of these services on an as-needed basis. All performance pursuant to this agreement shall be on an “on-call” or “as-needed” basis. Any tasking shall be initiated solely by the City. Further, execution of an agreement by the City does not in any way guarantee that any tasking or request for on-call services will be issued to any party. Moreover, execution of an agreement by the City shall not entitle the other party to any form of payment or compensation from the City without first having issued tasking or request for services from the contractor.

SCOPE OF SERVICES. The Consultant shall furnish the following services: Consultant shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” is attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by the Consultant unless approved in advance in writing by the City, stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time.
