Scope of ServicesThe City of Fountain had a large water feature installed in front of City Hall about 20 years ago. In 2018 the fountain was modified to be a smaller fountain and the rest into a planter. The city is now requesting maintenance on the modified water feature to be performed twice a week. In addition to the maintenance work orders are to be submitted for repairs and incidents. The city is looking into generating a 3 year contract with the option to extend an additional 2 – one (1) year terms. Scope of WorK Following are the standard needs: Cleaning Maintenance Remove all visible floating and visible litter, debris, and residual from basins Brush and clean at the waterlines. Brush and clean off residual on the walls and basin floors. Clean out sprayer jet nozzles free of debris and adjust valves/nozzles as needed. Perform vacuuming as necessary on outdoor fountain. Collect and provide visible coins to City Hall front counter staff
