SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Summary and Scope of Services Novato’s Department of Public Works (the “CITY”) seeks proposal to: “Center Road Sidewalk Gap Closure Between Sun Lane and Apollo Court)” & “ADA Compliant Wheelchair Ramps Installation at 7th Street and Carmel Drive” The Contractor agrees with the City at the Contractor’s own proper cost and expense to do all the work and furnish all the materials, necessary to construct and complete in a good, workmanlike, and substantial manner and as directed by the Engineer, and to the satisfaction of the City Council of the City of Novato.
