cope of Services CITY-WIDE PEDESTRIAN SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT - CIP NO. 22-16: The project will improve a combination of new pedestrian and countdown signal heads, high-visibility crosswalks, advance stop bars before the crosswalks, new pedestrian curb ramps, modifying existing signal phasing to implement a leading pedestrian interface (LPI), and miscellaneous improvements at eight (8) signalized locations. FY 24 AND FY 25 PAVEMENT REHABILITIATION PROJECT, CIP No. 23-15: The general scope of work is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and other incidental works and appurtenances to grind and dispose of existing asphalt and replace asphalt concrete overlay with FORTA-FI® Fiber, or equal, remove and replace unsuitable base/subgrade if encountered, slurry seal in areas as identified, install new traffic signal loops and pavement striping, tie out and file corner record for existing survey monuments that may be disturbed by work and replace survey monuments lost to construction activities. Limits of work include L Ave. from 16th to 30th, E. 4th St. from Highland Ave. to the I-805 bridge, G Ave. from E. 28th Ave. north approximately 150’, I Ave. from E. 18th St. to E. 24th St., Olive Ave. from E. 8th to E. Plaza Blvd, and Areas 1-6 as identified in the Pavement Area Map and bid items.
