Scope of Work. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof (“Scope of Work”). In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibit A, the terms of the body of the Agreement shall prevail.
