SCOPE OF WORK: Moreno Valley Substation Transformers – 40/53/67 MVA Background: The City of Moreno Valley intends to expand its Moreno Valley Substation by acquiring two transformers meeting specific requirements listed in Attachment F - Specifications & Scope of Services. The transformers will be utilized to enhance power distribution capacity within the city, ensuring reliability and efficiency in electricity supply. The primary objective of this procurement is to acquire two substation class transformers that meet the following minimum specifications: Voltage Ratio: 115kV/12kV Power Rating: 40/53/67 MVA Configuration: Delta-grounded wye Features: Load Tap Changer (LTC), CTs, Temperature Monitoring, Alarm and Control contact points Accessories: Complete set as specified in Attachment F - Specifications & Scope of Services document.
