Jackie Robinson Stadium Renovation

Scope of Work: Consultant shall prepare detailed plans and specifications for all renovations and repairs as listed in this scope of work to include, but not limited to the following: Replace all existing non-compliant walkways to include ADA-accessible walkways that extend to the entry points of the stadium entry points, including but not limited to the ballfield and bleacher entry points, outdoor fitness entry points and provide connectivity between each program area so that disabled patrons can have a safe and compliant mode of travel to access the facility. This includes all sidewalks connecting to 1) All baseball fields, 2) the Greenfield Outdoor Exercise Equipment, 3) Restroom Facilities, 4) the Concession Stand Facility and 5) Stadium Entry Points. Install bollards in front of the driveway. Install Removal or retractable Ballard’s at the entrance between the parking lot and Jackie Robinson Stadium leading towards the Concession Stands and T-ball/Softball fields.
