SCOPE OF WORK : 4653 Virginia Ave All junk will be removed from the site pursuant to Butte County Code, Chapter 24, Section 24-304. The parcel is an unimproved lot that is .14 acres. The site is currently occupied by transients and dogs. Code Enforcement will remain on site during the abatement. Deputies and Animal Control Officers will be provided if needed. 100 SQFT of junk will be left on each parcel. Transients on site will be able to decide what 100 SQFT section they would like to retain on each site. DOES NOT require removal of any recreational vehicles. Form for “One Day Exemption to Haul Waste Tires” will be provided to contractor. If necessary, reposition junk vehicles located on the parcel to relocation for Code Enforcement Officer to make towing arrangements
