SCOPE OF WORK Proposer shall haul loads of Food Waste Slurry from PHMRF to the Warren Facility utilizing tanker trailers. The PHMRF has storage capacity consisting of three holding tanks totaling 51,000 gallons. The Bio Separator at the PHMRF used to process the organics and create the Food Waste Slurry has a design capacity of 165 tons of organic material per day. Currently, the facility is processing approximately 50 tons per day. The inbound organic tonnage is expected to significantly increase over the next few years.
