SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain one (1) Certified Arborist/Forester to patrol and inspect REU’s overhead power lines (see attachment 1). The selected Contractor will use geographic information system (GIS) Field Maps based data files to create inspection points gathered during the term of the contract for REU tree crews or future Contract crews. Contractor is to supply labor, transportation, equipment, mobilization, etc. to complete this project. REU to provide access to (GIS) Field Maps data files (GIS Feature Class files) for successful bidder to install on their own devices/equipment or REU/GIS will provide successful bidder an iPad with appropriate software installed. No tickets will be submitted by the successful bidder
