North County Transit District (NCTD) is seeking a Contractor that possesses a Hi-Rail Sprayer Truck to seasonally apply herbicides to prevent vegetation growth from all track beds and other designated areas within the NCTD Railroad Right-of-Way (ROW). NCTD has approximately 137 miles of track with a 50’ spray pattern, 25’ from each side of the centerline of the mainline down the railroad right of way (ROW). The services shall consist of providing professional weed spraying services with on rail capabilities throughout the NCTD owned ROW. The Contractor will work in conjunction with NCTD staff or designee.
