SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall furnish and install the Work including, without limitation, providing and furnishing any and all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the Contract Documents, for all of the “as-needed” Unit Price Contract (UPC) Work described by the District. The District anticipates $2,000,000.00 in potential needs in the first year and in each of the following annual renewable periods. This amount is an estimate only and is intended to serve as a base for cost projections. The District is not obligated or bound to assign this dollar amount in any particular term.
