Electronic Physical Access System Upgrade

Scope of Work: In response to this RFP please indicate how the Firm shall use the following as the basis for developing a project scope of work, proposing system additions, modifications and/or replacements as appropriate to achieve the project goals and desired outcome: Identify a modern and supported solution, as well as installation locations and methods for new equipment. Existing card readers and wiring may be used; however, the selected firm will be required to warranty them for an additional 5 years. The proposed system is required to have the following features, attributes, and capabilities:  The proposed systems will replace the physical access management system/server and may be on-premises, cloud-based based or hybrid. The installation will include staff training on the new system (in person or remotely). Multiple levels of system access/group management. Minimum of 5 years of initial equipment/software support. Including Firmware updates.
