SCOPE OF SERVICES The PPDO Cx Program seeks qualified Cx professionals to provide comprehensive commissioning services on an “on-call” and/ or “as-needed” basis. The initial term of the Agreement shall be three (3) years, and may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) - year terms based upon the same terms and conditions, and by mutual agreement. Commissioning services will be provided under the University of California’s Professional Services Agreement (PSA). Services may include: New Construction Commissioning Existing Building Commissioning Retro-commissioning Re-commissioning Ongoing Commissioning Monitor-based Commissioning De-commissioning SkySpark Integration Program / Project Management Lessons Learned LEED Commissioning Compliance Fundamental Cx Enhanced Cx
