Scope of Services The work to be performed consists, in general, of roadway rehabilitation by hot mix asphalt overlay and digouts, placing HMA dikes, removing existing traffic stripe, applying thermoplastic traffic stripes and pavement markings, replacing existing culverts, replacing existing flume downdrain, installing new signs, and replacing object markers.
