DESCRIPTION OF WORK ñ SUMMARY: The intent of the work is to repair any damaged, cracking, or delaminating stucco by first removing any dirt, efflorescence, loose paint, and foreign matter. Window and door replacement may also be required. Holes or deep gauges may require the application of an acrylic cement-based patching material before the application of a level coat over all walls, embedment of a fiberglass mesh, followed by a new trowel applied textured acrylic-based stucco over the entire project. Inspection, removal, and replacement of sealants, prior to the application of new finish coats
