DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Project generally consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials for the renovation of ball fields 1-9 at James A. Woody Park. The Contractor will be responsible for the furnishing of materials, sitework, and renovation of nine (9) existing ballfields. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for all removals, hauling of the existing materials if needed, renovation of existing ballfields, and all other tasks required per specifications indicated in this document. Field dimensions and specifications are included in Exhibit “B. Work on the Project shall be completed within 45 working days, and work must be completed no later than August 14, 2024. The tentative projected award date is May 28, 2024. There will be a preconstruction meeting held on or about May 30, 2024, and mobilization shall occur on or about June 10, 2024.
