ACTRI LL2 Non-licensed Build Out

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Altman Clinical and Translational Institute (ACTRI) is located in the Health Science East area of campus, originally built in 2016 and consists of 4 levels above ground and 3 lower levels partially below ground. Project scope consists of expanding clinical services currently located on Level 1 of ACTRI into an existing Lower Level 2 shell space, L2E600 and L2E11. The proposed area will be designated as a non-licensed clinic (non-OSHPD). It is assumed existing structural, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems will have capacity and will not require any system upgrades. Scope will include associated modifications to fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems to accommodate proposed layout. Main programmatic components include but are not limited to, a series of exam / infusion rooms, lobby, staff lounge, restrooms, and support spaces.
