DESCRIPTION : All roadway work covered by these special provisions shall conform to the provisions in the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Standard Plans and Standard Specifications dated 2022, the latest Revision dated 04-15-2022 and these special provisions. From this point forward, the Caltrans Standard Plans and Caltrans Standard Specifications will simply be referred to as the Standard Plans and Standard Specifications. Any and all references made to “Section” throughout this SPECIAL PROVISIONS shall be interpreted to mean the corresponding Caltrans Standard Plans and Standard Specification section.
