SCOPE OF WORK: CONSULTANT shall have a professional staff to provide all the services necessary for the project as defined in the specific project scope of work. CONSULTANT shall have the resources necessary to respond to a call for services immediately, to be able to submit a proposal within five (5) working days after receiving an RFP from the City, and to be able to complete the project in a timely manner as shown on their project schedule submitted with their proposal. CONSULTANT will not be responsible for identification, handling, containment, abatement, or in any other respect, for any hazardous materials if such is present in connection with the project. CONSULTANT will not be responsible for the construction means, methods or sequencing. CONSULTANT will not be responsible for job site safety.
