Scope of Services NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sacramento (“CITY”) will receive sealed bids electronically from contractors licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services no later than the bid due date and time stated above. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the CITY’s electronic bid management system, PlanetBids (PB™). It is the responsibility of the Bidder to submit their bid with sufficient time to be received by PlanetBids (PB™) prior to the bid due date and time. The receiving deadline is absolute. Allow time for technical difficulties, uploading, and unexpected delays.
