SCOPE OF SERVICES This project in general includes the design of a four-legged traffic signal at the intersection of Redlands Boulevard and Locust Avenue. As one of the main connection corridors between the City of Moreno Valley, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County, the north and southbound traffic on Redlands Boulevard is currently uncontrolled. The east-west traffic on Locust Avenue, which provides access to residential properties including an equestrian center located northeast of the intersection, is currently a stop-controlled.
