Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Services

SCOPE OF WORK Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Services General Requirements The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) requires Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance and additional repair services for all mechanical systems. The contractor shall supply the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to provide a full range of maintenance preventive and repair services on a yearly scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency basis for all Authority HVAC equipment, including auxiliary equipment. The contractor shall ensure 100% equipment operational reliability to Authority-owned HVAC equipment. This is not a full-service contract, only a preventive maintenance contract.
