Scope of Services The City of Hemet (City) is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for the design of the West Hemet Master Drainage Plan Line C – Stage 3 (see attached exhibit for location). Services include, but are not limited to, preparation of improvement plans for Line C, any required studies/reports and infrastructure as part of this project beyond what is provided by RCFC&WCD, and coordination with RCFC&WCD relating to plan check and approvals. All services provided by the Consultant shall be performed by individuals who meet the qualifications, education, and certifications/licensing requirements necessary for the work being performed.
