Playground Equipment and Artificial Turf Installation Phase 1

SCOPE OF WORK The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to timely and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. The Work generally consists of the following: installation of district-provided playground equipment, procurement and installation of Artificial Turf, Smart Pad, Weed Endure Premium, and Poured-in-Place surfacing for a total of (6) primary playgrounds.
