Scope of Services The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors (“Contractor” or “Company”) to be eligible to bid on Phase 1 selective salvage and demolition of the existing structures at 3342 Lemon Street, Riverside, CA 92501. The salvaged elements will be mothballed and retained on-site and shall be incorporated into the construction of the future Harada House Interpretive Center as part of Phase 2 of this project. This RFQ is for Phase 1 only.
