SCOPE OF WORK:The scope of work for this study is presented in OGI’s proposal dated February 14, 2022, which was incorporated into Dragomir Design-Build (DDB) Work Order (WO) No. 4, dated September 2, 2022, and WO No. 4, Change Order Numbers 1 and 2 dated June 2. 2023 and January 29, 2024, respectively. This report addresses Tasks 1 and 2 of WO No. 4 consisting of field exploration, laboratory testing, a focused discussion on the interpreted geologic conditions and earth material properties in the proposed Phase 4C liner area based on work performed, and slope stability evaluations for seven geologic cross sections (A-A’ through G-G’). Change Order No. 1 to WO No. 4 dated June 2, 2023, authorized an additional drill hole, EPAR-1, on the East Perimeter Access Road south of Phase 4C, as well as supplemental laboratory testing and evaluations.
