SCOPE OF SERVICES The contractor shall use and furnish at his own expense all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the satisfactory performance of on-call electrical services. Upon commencement of work under this Contract, Contractor shall be fully equipped and staffed, thoroughly familiar with Contract requirements, and prepared to provide all services required. The contractor shall provide sufficient personnel to perform all work in accordance with the specifications set forth herein. Such personnel shall possess the minimum qualifications for the position in which each is working. The contractor shall be prepared to respond to all requests for service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. All costs for labor and materials for these calls shall be included in the proposal.
