Scope of Services The City of Bakersfield is soliciting bids from qualified and reputable contractors having a proven record of experience for the Modular Building for Solid Waste Division at the Corporation Yard as described herein. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, permits and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Invitation to Bid. Your bid may include subcontractors and you must clearly delineate the responsibilities of each of those participants within your bid. However, the City will recognize the party legally signing the Bid Proposal as Prime Contractor and contracting party, who, as such will assume ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance with the specifications, terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid.
