Scope of Services Your firm is invited to submit a written proposal outlining your organization’s qualifications and willingness to provide the services describe herein. A more detailed explanation of the Scope of Work to be addressed is set forth in “Exhibit A” of this document. The City will require lead-based paint and other environmental testing of residential properties that can range in size from single family homes to multifamily residential properties. The services to be provided will require the proper and timely testing of residential properties in the City. Where federal funds are used, bidders shall assure that all applicable regulations including lead hazard reduction act (Title X) are complied with throughout the process.
