Artesia Botanical Garden Project

Project Scope of Work The City desires to retain a firm to provide Professional Landscape Architectural, Architectural, and Engineering Services to develop the Artesia Botanical Garden. The design team shall develop the Plans, Specification, and Cost Estimate (PS&E) Package and will include but not limited to the following: Landscape Architecture and Development Elements per the current concept plan Specialty gardens; i.e. ladybug and butterfly garden Trees, turf, and low water use landscape (Xeriscope) Efficient irrigation system Cinderblock perimeter fencing throughout property between adjoining residential properties Wrought iron security fencing along 178th with gates at the entry ways Site and ancillary lightings Ornamental trees and landscaping Signage
