DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: In general, the work is comprised of public works construction including removal of old surface, patching cracks & spalls, install new surfacing, installation of (?) pickleball courts, painting cityaproved tennis and pickleball court lines, 50-foot long black vinyl chain-link fence 3 feet in height with posts and hardware, purchase and install (6) city-approved cabana benches, caulking around the courts and other miscellaneous improvements as shown on the plans and as required to complete the work.
