Memorial Park Redevelopment and Expansion Project

SCOPE OF WORK The City is seeking proposals from qualified persons or firms to perform professional landscape architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, arboricultural, limited surveying, cost estimating and construction administration services for the Memorial Park Redevelopment and Expansion project. The selected design team shall provide these services for Phases 0,1, and 2 of the project, as described below, with consideration of future phases in the design and documentation:  Phase 0: An underground stormwater capture and reuse and/or infiltration system, envisioned to have a maximum capacity up to 3-million gallons, with storm drain diversion structures and pumping systems. o As mentioned above, Phase 0 is not fully funded for construction. The City would like to have the tank designed in compartments. For example, tank size fluctuates in sizes. For example, 0.5 million gallons, 1.5 million gallons, and 3 million gallons would be shown on the same plans thus not creating a re-design effort later. The purpose of this would be to have a shovel-ready design to be constructed based on available funding.
