Scope of Work The scope of the survey was as follows: Inspect the subject building for the presence of suspect ACMs, lead-containing paint and other materials suspected to contain lead, and PCB-containing materials. Collect samples of suspect ACMs following a National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS) protocol for sample collection for a renovation survey. Asbestos bulk samples will be analyzed using polarized light microscopy (PLM) in accordance with the EPA’s July 1993 method for the determination of asbestos in bulk building materials - EPA 600/R-93/116.
