This Project comprises of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of but not be limited to Mobilization (traffic control and construction fence); Preparation and Implementation of Best Management Practices; Design; Wet-Stamped Engineering Drawings and Structural Calculations; Site Plan; Obtaining a Building Permit; Installing Play Equipment (deferred submittal, certification, etc.), Site Furnishings, Rubberized Play Surface, French Drain and Sumps; and all associated work to complete this Project in its entirety.
