This contract will be to provide electric line construction crew(s) to be used on an as-needed basis to assist with construction, operation and maintenance activities, and emergency response on the District’s 12.47kV and 14.4kV Electric Distribution System. The District proposes to utilize contract labor and equipment to supplement the District’s line crews in the construction of pole replacements, existing facilities upgrades and necessary maintenance on its Electric System. Also included in this work scope are overhead and underground extensions to new customers, line conversions, and equipment installation or replacement.
