DESCRIPTION: Work will include, but is not limited to the following: Analyze the implementation of traffic control devices Conduct traffic counts, accident data gathering and analysis Perform safety analysis of roadways/intersection/crosswalks/etc. for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists Review and recommend traffic calming measures Review and recommend traffic congestion relief measures or lane reconfigurations Prepare signing and striping plans including any necessary specifications Prepare traffic signal modification plans Prepare traffic control plans Perform speed radar surveys to establish appropriate speed limits Prepare traffic signal/stop sign warrant analysis reports Prepare studies to update or establish a mitigation fee program Prepare and implement transportation demand management programs
