SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work References to the pre-construction asbestos report (if available) A detailed drawing showing the location, size, and details of the asbestos containment and control areas. The drawing should include a plot of the entire controlled work area that includes: the site entry and exit points, the decontamination station, change rooms, shower, waste storage area, waste container access, and placement of negative air machines(if required). Plan view and section view details may be required to adequately depict the work. Means and methods that will be employed to cut, remove, encapsulate, enclose, or remediate ACM, including a discussion of chemicals to be used during the abatement such as wetting agents, cleaning chemicals, sealants,or encapsulants. The Contractor must maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) at the project site for all chemicals used.
