The Project consists of the relocation of one (1) modular classroom building from an existing location to Telesis Academy and installing a new fire hydrant. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each Bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidders. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: Class "B" – General Building Contractor License The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract.
